Dance/Movement Therapy

Through guided movement, body awareness, mindfulness, and creative expression, clients can process emotions, reduce stress, improve self-awareness, and strengthen emotional regulation. No dance experience is required. Sessions are adapted to each individual's comfort level and may include movement, breathwork, grounding exercises, creative arts, and verbal processing to support healing and over wall well-being.

Couples and Family Therapy

Walking Therapy

 

Walking therapy combines the benefits of psychotherapy with a calming effects of movement and nature. Rather than meeting in a traditional office setting, sessions take place while walking outdoors at a comfortable pace.
